Let’s talk about speed control. If you are in a city like Victoria with a whole bunch uphills and downhills, this become increasingly more important. You always want to adhere to the speed limit. This means if you are approaching a patch of road that is downhill, you’ll want to ease off the accelerator if you are close to the speed limit and even apply the brakes slightly to control your descent. Similarly, if you are approaching an uphill, your speed may drop, so you’ll want to increase the pressure to the accelerator to maintain your speed. Remember it’s all about stay predictable on the road.
